Holland Baroque, together with mezzo-soprano Luciana Mancini, will play the new programme ‘Tarantella’ at the third edition of the Batenburg Baroque Festival on 12 July 2024.
Fast and virtuoso music from the sunny south with traditional tarantellas and music by Antonio Vivaldi, Luigi Boccherini, Giuseppe Valentini, Francesco Geminiani and others.
During the festival, you can also enjoy baroque, fusion, folk and jazz. All played acoustically in beautiful locations in Batenburg and its surroundings. There are international guests as well as up-and-coming Dutch talent. There is so much to experience: a music walk, a film screening, restaurants and, of course, Baroque. Come and enjoy!
The complete programme will be announced on 1 May 2024 and tickets can be ordered from 3 May.
