Holland Baroque performs the program “Earth Particles” together with the phenomenal pianist and composer Leszek Możdżer. Możdżer wrote the music especially for Holland Baroque. In Poland the album became a Gold Record.

Leszek Możdżer is recognized worldwide as one of the greatest Polish jazz artists of the past decades. After an extensive classical education, he became interested in jazz at the age of eighteen, quite late, according to Możdżer himself. A year later he won the International Junior Jazz Competition in Krakow. Since then, he has been voted “Best Jazz Pianist” every year by the Polish Jazz Forum.

“Leszek plays like an Angel.” (Noordhollands Dagblad)

Leszek on the collaboration: “This is my first fully self-realized and created album, under which I can really put my signature. With this all my dreams come true. I managed to connect jazz and classical music. I’ve been dreaming about that all my life and I didn’t even realize that that dream had come to me.”
